Why is PerfectIt Cloud disabled?
If PerfectIt Cloud is visible but will not open, please try these steps:
Restart MS Word. Test it again.
Make sure the file you are using is in DOCX format (DOC files won't work and will leave the icon to launch PerfectIt greyed out or disabled).
Try another document to make sure it isn't an issue related to the document.
Update MS Office. Instructions for that are below.
Update Mac OS to High Sierra.
If those still don't work, please find your exact Word build number (instructions below) and send it with as much detail as possible about the problem you're having to support.
