Why is the Choose Tests window blank?

Due to a recent Microsoft update, the "Choose Tests" button in PerfectIt 3 may lead to a blank screen. If it does, please go to File >> Options >> General and change the preference shown here to "compatibility".

This problem does not appear in PerfectIt 5. You can get that here.
