What support is provided with PerfectIt?

Just a tiny fraction of PerfectIt users ever require assistance.

However, we can help when needed.

Technical support is provided via email for all users with a current subscription.

Turnaround on support requests is usually within 24 hours; and there is no charge for contacting support.

We don't usually ever turn down reasonable support requests, but we reserve the right to do so in extreme cases.
