Still on auto-renewal
If you're logged into your members area (https://members.intelligentediting.com/), gone to manage your subscription in order to renew early, but the buy button is grey and not clickable, it's probably because you're set up for auto-renewal.
If your plan is currently being auto-renewed, under the "Current Plan" information it will say "Your plan renews on..." with your plan auto-renewal date.
If you then go to "update plan", unless you change the number of seats or the subscription level, you won't be able to click the "Continue" button (as there are no changes to make to your subscription).
We don't offer discounts for early renewal, so if you're on auto-renewal there's no benefit to renewing early.
