Is it possible to have more than one manager of a style?

PerfectIt offers a high level of security as it does not connect to the internet or transmit data. One drawback of this is multiple users are not able to collaborate in real time. 

However, PerfectIt does provide a convenient workaround through the use of the combine function (you can read more about that here).

An example of how some of our clients use the combine function to collaborate on a style:  

1. Distribute the initial style work between team members.

2. Use the Combine button in PerfectIt to bring together styles from each team member's computer.

3. Assign one team member as the responsible person for the style sheet.

4. Encourage other team members to send suggestions for improvements to the assigned person via email or shared spreadsheet.

5. Regularly incorporate suggestions into the style sheet.

6. The responsible person shares the updated master style with the team at least once per quarter.
