I have a CMOS Online subscription. Why can't I link my accounts?
There are a few reasons the linking process can fail:
The email address used for your PerfectIt account doesn't match the email address used for you CMOS Online subscription. Click here for more information on this issue.
You have an institutional license or an organizational license for CMOS Online. Click here for more information on this issue.
You have less than two months left of your CMOS Online subscription. If this is the case, please renew your CMOS Online subscription and then try linking your accounts again.
