How do I turn off auto-renewal?

You can turn off auto-renewal by cancelling your subscription. Your subscription will continue to work until the end of the period that you bought.

To cancel your subscription:

·         Log in to your account.

·         Under Licensed Products, click the 'Manage Subscription' button.

·         Click the 'Cancel Plan' button on the right.

·         Click the 'Cancel Plan' button.
